We are an easy going team and we prefer to give people a certain amount of freedom in their job and don’t like having to “babysit”. This also goes for the models. Juliette and Charlotte didn’t take any advantage of the freedom given to them, were open for suggestions and were involved and enthusiastic. Grid Girls LLP was very involved and caring.
